You may send cancellation notices and product returns to the address above. Please include your name, order number or other proof of purchase, and the products concerned. You do not need our approval or a returns reference to exercise your legal cancellation rights. Please arrange a suitable time before handing returns over in person.

CHANGING YOUR MIND ABOUT AN ONLINE ORDER
For most products bought online, by telephone or through another qualifying distance sale, you can cancel without giving a reason.
You can cancel before delivery or within 14 days beginning the day after you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. Where one order is delivered in separate shipments, the period normally begins after the last item arrives.
Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by email, telephone or post. You may use the cancellation form below, but it is optional.
After notifying us, send the products back without undue delay and within a further 14 days, unless we have agreed to collect them.
Orders concluded online retain their distance-selling cancellation rights when collected in person.

CONDITION OF CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
You may inspect products as you reasonably would in a shop.
Please return all supplied components, accessories and instructions. Use the original packaging where possible, or suitable protective packaging. Missing original packaging does not automatically remove your rights.
We may make a lawful deduction for an actual reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish a product's nature, characteristics and functioning. Fitting, cutting, drilling or using a product may reduce its value. We will not make this deduction where the law prevents it, including where required cancellation information was not provided.
We do not charge a fixed restocking or administration fee for exercising statutory cancellation rights.

RETURN COSTS
For change-of-mind cancellations, you pay the direct return cost where we informed you of this before purchase.
For items that cannot normally be returned by post, we will provide the return cost, or a reasonable estimate where appropriate, before you order. If we fail to provide information required by law, we will bear those return costs. Where the law requires us to collect goods at our expense, we will do so.
Returns handed back to our returns address are free; please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
Free original delivery does not mean free return delivery. We will not retrospectively charge you for original delivery that was free when you ordered, including where a partial return reduces the retained order below a free-delivery threshold.
Keep evidence of dispatch when posting goods back.

REFUNDS FOLLOWING CANCELLATION
For cancellation of a whole order, we refund the product price and any standard outward delivery charge paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we only have to refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. If we offer to collect the goods, the refund deadline is normally 14 days after being informed of cancellation.
We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee.
For partial returns, any delivery refund will reflect your legal entitlement and the circumstances of the order.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISDESCRIBED PRODUCTS
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If a product arrives damaged, is incorrect or develops a fault, contact us. Photographs can help us assess the problem, but we do not impose a 24-hour or 48-hour reporting deadline that removes your legal rights.
Where the statutory short-term right to reject applies, you normally have 30 days to reject non-conforming goods for a full refund. For goods we have agreed to install, the relevant period does not begin until the statutory conditions concerning delivery and installation are met. Incorrect installation alone is subject to the applicable repair, replacement and other statutory remedies.
After the short-term rejection period, you will normally be entitled to a repair or replacement, subject to the legal rules on possibility and proportionality. This must be provided without charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
If a repair or replacement fails, is impossible, or is not provided as legally required, you may be entitled to a price reduction or final rejection and refund. Any deduction for use will only be made where the law permits it.
For qualifying remedies, a fault appearing within six months is generally presumed to have existed at delivery unless we show otherwise or that presumption is incompatible with the circumstances. Rights may continue beyond six months.
We pay reasonable necessary return or collection costs for faulty or otherwise non-conforming products. Contact us so we can arrange a suitable method. Refunds due following statutory rejection are made without undue delay and within 14 days after we agree you are entitled to them.
Your rights are against us as the seller; you do not have to pursue the manufacturer instead. Manufacturer warranties are additional to your statutory rights. Sale products have the same statutory rights.

DAMAGE AFTER PURCHASE
We are not responsible for faults caused solely by misuse, accidental damage, inappropriate storage, incorrect installation by you or a third party, or normal wear and tear.
This does not exclude responsibility for an underlying product fault, incorrect instructions supplied with the product, or installation for which we are responsible.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS AND INSTALLATION
The change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised. We will identify such products before purchase. Standard stocked goods are not exempt simply because we order them from a supplier.
Faulty-goods rights still apply to bespoke products.
Installation services have separate cancellation requirements. We will explain these and obtain any legally required express request before starting work during a cancellation period. Any charge for work begun during that period, and any loss of the right to cancel a fully performed service, will apply only where the legal conditions have been met. Installing a product does not automatically remove all rights concerning the goods.

PURCHASES AGREED AT OUR PREMISES
For purchases concluded at our business premises, we do not offer an automatic change-of-mind return unless agreed at purchase. Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
