Loft legs box of 12

Create raised loft storage boarding while keeping insulation uncompressed. This box contains 12 standard Loftleg supports, each 175 mm high, made from recycled polypropylene.

Height and suitability

The legs raise the boarding 175 mm above the top of the joists. The total height above the ceiling depends on the joist depth: a 175 mm leg on a 100 mm joist gives approximately 275 mm to the underside of the boarding.

For domestic loft storage, not a permanent living space. The legs do not increase the load capacity of your ceiling structure. Confirm its suitability and loading limit, and follow the manufacturer's fitting guide.

The number of legs needed depends on board size, joist spacing and the area to be boarded. Check insulation clearance and access before ordering.
